DAWN DARNELL

Dawn Darnell, CPA, is a partner of Katz Nannis + Solomon, P.C. and a key member of the firm’s assurance practice.  In addition to her extensive public accounting experience, Dawn has held key financial roles in private industry with a manufacturing company and a registered investment advisor for over ten years.  Dawn’s private industry experience combined with her technical expertise lend to her ability to partner with clients, recognize issues and identify practical business solutions.  Dawn’s advisory experience includes complex debt & equity transactions, merger & acquisition accounting and implementation, revenue recognition, complex accounting and reporting, stock based compensation, software capitalization and fraud investigation. Dawn also leads the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan practice comprised of a dedicated team experienced with Plan operations and compliance.
