MARK MISSELBECK
Mark has more than 46 years of experience working both in public accounting and for the IRS (first 5 years of experience). He has worked across the spectrum of clients (privately held and venture-backed companies, partnerships, trusts and non-profits) and tax areas (corporate – both “S” and “C”, trust, partnership, individuals, mergers and acquisitions, sales of companies, expatriate and high net worth individuals and tax audit representation).
Mark’s responsibilities include review of client situations for recommendation of tax-efficient strategies, as well as proposed transactions to achieve the optimum result consistent with the goals of the client, taking into account workable tax strategies and tax authority audit risks. Included in such planning are recommendations for pension plan improvement, charitable donation strategies, founder exit strategies, utilization of available tax attributes.
